I’ve sold more ARTDs in the last eight weeks than I did in the previous six months. In particular, both sizes of WKD and Breezers have doubled in sales.

- Plan Your Range
Check your range against Blueprint recommendations and upgrade your stock from your wholesaler. - Plan your chiller & fixture
Use the planogram to show you where each product should be positioned. Remember the planogram is designed for both a one metre chiller and a 0.5 metre chiller (the minimum allocation we recommend). If your space allocation is larger than this, then you should increase facings accordingly.
Planograms are for both England/Wales and Scotland. - Clean up
When you take your stock down, use this opportunity to clean your shelves. - Allocate space using Blueprint merchandising
materials
Use the free Blueprint stickers to allocate space on your shelves to your products, remembering to write brand, size and variety on each for future maintenance and to help your staff. - Restock and face up
Re-stock your shelves remembering to face up - consumers recognise brand names not barcodes. - Maintenance mean sucess
Follow these tips for improved sales! Regularly check your fixture ensuring stock is adequate and in the correct place and that bottles are faced up.
