BLUEPRINT FOR ALES LAGERS & CIDERS - GETTING STARTED

  • Plan Your Fixture
    Firstly, plan your fixture in line with the recommended FWD Ales, Lagers & Ciders Blueprint layout (click here to view) and customer flow, allocating the correct proportion of space to each category.
  • Strip Your Shelves
    Remove your stock, clean the shelves and use the category strips to allocate the space on your shelves.
  • Replace Stock
    Replace the correct stock and face up over the strips.
  • Position Stickers
    Position the appropriate consumer shelf edge sticker at the start of each category, in line with customer flow.
  • Industry Best Advice
    Check your fixture regularly to re-stock and face up to maintain a professional wine department - if you can see the strips you need to face up and/or re-stock. li>
